Web3 E-commerce Platform — Backend Lead
Problem
E-commerce platforms integrating Web3 features need a scalable, secure backend that handles traditional workflows (cart, orders, auth) while coordinating with smart contract teams.
Solution
Architected and built the complete Node.js/Express backend: 45+ REST APIs for products, cart, orders, payments, user profiles, and inventory sync. Implemented JWT authentication with email verification + password reset workflows. Integrated Nodemailer for transactional emails (order confirmations, onboarding). Collaborated with separate React frontend and Solidity teams via Postman API contracts and versioned documentation.
Backend ownership: Led API design, auth, and email workflows. Frontend and Web3 smart contracts handled by separate teams.
Problem
A Canadian academic services client needed a conversion-focused WordPress site with complex form logic, mobile responsiveness, and clear trust signals delivered end-to-end by a solo developer.
Solution
Built the complete WordPress site: custom theme configuration, complex contact form with 244-country selector + file uploads + spam protection, testimonial integration, FAQ accordion, and mobile-optimized layout. Handled full lifecycle: client discovery → design → development → deployment → client training. Optimized for Core Web Vitals and SEO basics.
Solo project: Full ownership from discovery to deployment. Live demo available.
Dealership Management Platform — Full-Stack Contributor
Problem
Dealership operations needed a centralized admin panel to manage vehicle listings, user roles, approvals, and analytics with clean UX for non-technical staff.
Solution
Developed admin panel frontend using React + Tailwind CSS: dashboard, user management, listing approvals, and reporting views. Built and maintained 8+ backend endpoints for admin workflows (role management, content moderation, analytics data). Contributed to Express middleware for request validation, error handling, and role-based access control (RBAC). Participated in agile sprints: estimation, code reviews, deployment support.
Contributor role: Owned admin frontend + partial backend. Collaborated in agile team.
Problem
Company needed a fast, brand-consistent marketing website to generate leads, showcase services, and rank for local SEO without heavy CMS overhead.
Solution
Designed and developed responsive marketing site using Next.js + Tailwind CSS. Implemented 3 lightweight API routes for contact form handling, newsletter signup, and analytics ping. Optimized for Core Web Vitals (LCP < 2.5s) and semantic SEO meta tags. Deployed via Vercel with automated CI/CD. Coordinated with marketing team on content updates and A/B test iterations.

E-Commerce Automation Suite
Problem
A growing e-commerce brand needed to automate inventory management, order processing, and customer communications across multiple platforms, which was consuming 30+ hours weekly of manual work.
Solution
Created an intelligent automation system using custom Node.js microservices. The system automatically syncs inventory across Shopify, processes orders, sends personalized follow-up emails, and generates weekly business intelligence reports using AI-powered analytics.
Automation project: No public demo or code due to client confidentiality.
